Our first wedding of the 2016 season was unbelievably romantic, sweet, and inspiring. Emilee and Ian are soulmates. Not only do these two fit the part of a Disney prince and princess, but they also have the gentlest souls. They are incredibly kind and unselfishly caring. When Aileen decided to give her two weeks notice to become a full time photographer, Emilee emailed that very day congratulating her. We feel so happy to have been able to capture their wedding day.

Surrounded by their family and friends, these two had the perfect winter wedding at Franchesco’s Ristorante in Rockford. Most of the wedding party traveled from all over the United States to celebrate with Emilee and Ian. And let us tell you, this wedding party was pretty awesome. They braved the cold, walked in snow, and even agreed to climb down a steep hill for some epic snowy sunset portraits! You guys rock!! We then all celebrated Emilee and Ian’s marriage by dancing the night away. What a great way to start our 2016.
